What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order occurs when you wish to order an item from our shop that is not in stock but is still available. The following 3 item types are considered pre-orders:

- New items on order
- Current items on back-order
- Special order items that are not kept in stock

How do I buy a pre-order item?

To pre-order an item that is not in stock, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button located under the item description to add that item to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout and complete your order, simply click on the “Check Out” button located under your cart summary on the right side of the site.

Do I pay for the pre-order item?

In order to reserve your item, you must pay for your pre-order item immediately. If we are unable to fullfill your pre-order within the listed lead time, you will be provided a full refund. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you will be refunded minus a 5% fee to cover merchant fees.

Custom Prop and Costume Deposits and Pre-Orders

Please note that once a desposit is made on a suit or a custom built prop, that money is used for your parts, so we do not refund desposits on orders that you need to cancel. We will send you the raw parts of your suit if you are unable to pay the remaining balance or need to cancel your order. We can help you sel these parts if you wish, this is not a problem, but once a desposit is made on a suit, it is non-refunable unless we can not deliver the suit.
