Sideshow Alien Queen Chestburster Coming Soon and NEW S. Hayes Concept Predator!

Hey gang, hope all is well! I have a couple of new goodies to tell you about and tomorrow I have a sweet review coming up on a new Predator 1 bust I want to show off. But for tonight, I wanted to tell you about a couple of new pieces that are coming out, starting with a killer new sculpt from the great S. Hayes himself, called the Dark Hunter Plus 2.
This is a new 1:6 scale Predator measuring in at about 12: tall and it has been sculpted and released directly by Mr. S. Hayes of Super Edge fame! This is a personal project of his and I really love to see him going with a non-movie kit.. Ahhh but where have some of you seen this design before? You simply need to turn to page 68 of the ADI book “AVPR – Inside the Monster Shop”!
Obviously, the beautiful concept design by Michael Broom featured in the book is the inspiration for this sculpt, and I’d say that Hayes absolutely nailed it! I am working on getting some stock allocated for you guys and finalizing a price, so please bear with me while I work out the details. Next up, Sideshow has posted a little teaser photo of the next Alien item from the line, it’s called the Fetal Queen Maquette, and in case you’re wondering if this is deja-vu, yes… you’ve seen this before. Several years ago Palisades also released a similar piece in this same pose!

It will be interesting to see how this new version of the Queen Chestburster is received and it’s size… I’m guessing this will go up for Pre-order at the end of the week, so I’ll be sure to post more information and an order link ASAP!

Nice update, im lookin forward to the new version of the queen chestburster, i can see already that it will have alot more detail then the one from palisides. love the vein detail on the tail and also how its not ribbed like the other one.
Im not normally a fan of the predator kits that stray from the films. But that is on of the baddest predator kits Ive seen.
I just picked up the Hayes concept through a local kit distributor. This is one beautiful kit flawless castings and a fantastic sculpt. If you get a chance to order one from Dan I highly reccomend this kit. You wont be dissapointed.
